The goal of B.F.L.A. is to serve you.  The best way for us to serve you is to identify what your rights and responsibilities are under the laws of the State of Florida.  Armed with this information, together we determine what the best course of action is to achieve your goals.   B.F.L.A. will utilize services and resouces of the community, beyond the court system, to provide an all encompassing approach to resolving your legal issues.  Not every point should be aired in the public forum of the courthouse.  We utlize the mediation process, which is a confidential way for spouses to discuss the issues between them, with the goal of deciding the outcome themselves.  What cannot be resolved in mediation will be tried before one of our seasoned judges.  Each step of the process, even those steps designed to reduce the conflict between parties, ultimately prepares us for a trial - whether we get there or not!
